Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Elev8 Council (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have. The data controller is Robert Wyszomirski, operating as Elev8 Council (NIP: 6762622683), based in Poland.

2. This Website

This website is a static information site — you can read every page without submitting any data to us, and it does not ask for or collect personal information. The only tracking is an advertising pixel that runs solely with your consent: with your permission (via the cookie banner) we load the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure our ad campaigns. 3. Information We Collect When You Apply

Applications and membership are handled through our Telegram bot, not this website. When you apply, we collect:

• Application details you provide in the Telegram conversation (such as your name, the answers to our screening questions, and information about your business);
• Your Telegram profile information (username, display name, and user ID) as made available by Telegram;
• Payment information processed by our payment provider, Stripe, when you pay your membership fee (after your application is approved). We do not see or store your full card number — Stripe handles card data directly.

4. How We Use It

We use this information to review your application, decide on membership, take payment if you are approved, onboard you into the network, and communicate with you about your membership. We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising measurement. So we can understand which of our advertisements actually lead to applications and memberships, we share a limited set of details with Meta (Facebook) through its Conversions API — once when you submit an application, and again if you become a paying member. Before anything is sent, each detail is converted into an irreversible hashed form (using SHA-256), so Meta receives only scrambled values, never your readable email address, name, or Telegram ID. Meta uses these hashes solely to match your activity to one of our ads and report on how our advertising performs. We do not keep your email address for this purpose — it is hashed at the moment of sending and never stored.

5. Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of providers to run the service:

• Telegram — the messaging platform through which applications and the community operate;
• Stripe — payment processing (taking your membership fee after approval, and, for the monthly plan, recurring monthly billing);
• Cloudflare — hosting and delivery of this website;
• Meta (Facebook) — advertising measurement: the Meta pixel on this website (loaded only if you accept the cookie banner) and, as described in Section 4, hashed measurement events sent from our application system through Meta’s Conversions API.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy. Other than the Meta pixel described above (which loads only with your consent), the website makes no third-party requests when you browse it — fonts and all other assets are served directly from the site.

6. Data Retention

We keep your personal information only as long as necessary. Applications that are declined or not completed are deleted within 12 months of the decision. Data of active members is kept for the duration of the membership and, after it ends, only as long as required by law (for example, accounting records for payments). You can request earlier deletion at any time using the contact details below.

7. International Transfers

We are based in Poland, and your information is governed by Polish law and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our application and membership systems are hosted within the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). Some providers (such as our payment processor) may transfer data to the United States or other countries; where they do, the transfer is protected by recognised safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Poland, the UODO).

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
